Time was limited to relocate Jestico + Whiles' London Studio to Clerkenwell, necessary as a result of the HS2 project at Euston Station. Chris was charged with assembling the tender and early communications with the contractor in relation to site constraints, landlord requirements, and health + safety to ensure a minimal contract period.
